I cannot access cornerstone. I get the spinning logo. I read all the help pages on the internet and done everything suggested. i need someone from Themeco to log into my account and look at it.

Set permalink to post name and check, Try adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
You can add it before the line
/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
If above fails to work then share your wp-admin login details using secure note.
