Cornestone gone? website a mess since update

hello,

i updated cornerstone, BEFORE i updated X-theme.

and i also had an image optimizing plugin running which might conflicted. i deactivated it.

now my website looks very messy and the cornerstone plugin seems to be gone.

in the meantime i could update the x-theme. i also cleared all cashes. but my website still looks the same, with the wrong font and tons of code, and total wrong measurements.

please help, thank you.

Thanks for writing in!
I checked your site seems the cornerstone deactivated or the files have been corrupted during the update.
As we don’t have access to your admin area so can’t confirm what exactly happened to your setup.

I would like to suggest you please Delete the cornerstone folder from plugins folder via FTP and goto Dashboard -> X-> Validation this process will reinstall cornerstone in your website and it may fix your issue.
If you don’t know how to use FTP, please check this.

if that doesn’t help please send us your website details to look on to it.

Please provide following information:
Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

thank you, i did. it didn’t fix my problem. after i went to validation i got: We attempted to installed Cornerstone (required by X) automatically, but were unable to. You may need to install Cornerstone manually. Error Details.

I have installed Cornerstone on your website and front end is now working fine. Please make sure to clear cache and then load the website. Screencast in secure note.

I also installed WP Server info plugin to see the server configuration. I can see that you are using PHP version 5.6.30. I suggest you to update PHP to at least version 7.0 to avoid any compatibility issues.
