Hi There,

Can you describe in more detail the issue?

1 - Please confirm you are running PHP 5.6 and above.

2 - Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Here you have a video tutorial in any case:

3 - If you have a cache plugin please flush the cache.

4- If you have 3rd party plugins installed, please turn them off for testing for plugin conflict.

5- If nothing helps, please ellaborate more about the issue and provide your admin credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

Thank you
