[Cornerstone] [X Theme] Cannot find any borders-related settings

I am new to both Wordpress, The X theme, and Cornerstone. The doc indicates that there should be border-related settings for elements and I have seen them in this introductory video.

In this video, the border and border-radius settings toggles are present just below the margin settings;
yet I cannot sea any such toggle switch in my version of Cornerstone.

I have found a way around this using Customize->Element CSS -> $el {border: 2px solid green;}, but this is probably not the most practical way to go about this.

Thanks for reaching out.
There are the options for Border and Border Radius in the elements as shown in the first screenshot. If you are not able to see those options, you may need to enable the Advance Mode from X > Preferences as shown in the second and third screenshots.
