Cornerstone X not loading page

Hello,

We just migrated a website to a new hosting account, the old had reached end of life.

We are trying to make some edits and create new pages and when we try to edit with Cornerstone, a black screen with white circle loads and the process never completes.

We have asked Hostgator to increase PHP memory, limit, and max input.
We have asked them to clear the cache of the site and server

They report back that both of these items are completed.

We have disabled caching plugins and still cannot find anything that would help make this site work correctly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Margaret,

Thanks for reaching out. I have inspected your site and I found out that you have just updated the Cornerstone plugin to version 5.3.3. This latest version does not work with the X theme 6.2.5. Please update X theme to version 5.3.3 to get your issue resolved.

Just to verify, see if I can go back to Theme X version 5.3.3?

I looked up releases and it looks like version 5 was made in 2017. Is this what you are hoping we go back to?

Hey Margaret,

Sorry for the confusion. I apologize for the typographic error. I meant that you update to the latest version which is 8.3.3. You can easily check the theme versions if you go to X > Validation right in your dashboard.

I went ahead and have updated the theme already. Check your site now.
