what is the best solution for edit woocommerce shop page with cornerstone? I want to edit the main page like I want with cornerstone, and I want to use a shortcode somewhere, but it writes over the cornerstone content.

You need to unlink your page to be able to edit it in Cornerstone.
Leave this blank
Then create your shop page just like any other page using Cornerstone.
You may use woocommerce shortcode to display your products
