Cornerstone won't validate

I am trying to get my site updated and cornerstone is not validating… when I attempt to correct the issue by inputting my purchase code in the prompt in Word Press, I get the message:

“This looks like a brand new purchase code that hasn’t been added to a Themeco account yet. Login to your existing account or register a new one to continue.”

When I then click login, I am taken to the theme.co page validation page, but when I select “yes” I get an undefined 404 error page that says: “Oh my. It looks like this page has been lost.”

Please note that my cornerstone license is part of my X theme license, but that I am not - and do not want to start - using X as the theme on my site.

Please help…

Would you mind providing us with login credentials and the purchase code so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials
