Cornerstone won't save

I have this error
Can not decorate element without _type: 11 in /home/customer/www/https://rita-kara-robinson.com/…/Elements/Decorator.php on line 41

I have removed plugins - no change
Cleared caches - no change

I have multiple problems on my site since updates

Hi @Iwillmakethiswork,

The PHP version might be the reason behind your issue, I would suggest you upgrade the PHP version to 7.4 by contacting your Hosting Service provider and checking if that issue resolves or not.
If that does not help, it might be due to improper update of the Cornerstone. I would suggest you updated the Cornerstone by following the below steps.

  1. Delete the existing Cornerstone. If you are not able to access the Plugin list from the WordPress admin dashboard, please delete it through the FTP/CPanel from wp-content/plugins.
  2. After deleting, use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone. It will be the latest version.

If none of the above helps, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
