Cornerstone wont save

Hello we’re trying to update a card on our site, but when we change the image, it wont save !

Hey @Stigan,

I deactivated ALL plugins except Cornerstone and your DDOS plugin as that can’t be deactivated. The page was successfully saved.

To know what plugin caused the issue, perform the plugin conflict test again.

Hello thanks for your help but on the live site, the image did not save

You can see the first tile does not say “Holiday Sale”

I see what you did, you changed the wrong tile. we want the EVO Grand Rapid 3 changed please I just tested it still does not work with all the plugins disabled

Hey @Stigan,

I’d like to add that when I encountered the saving issue at first, when I deactivated your plugins, that’s when the saving worked. The edit I’ve done is not the point. Our concern here is the saving issue and that’s what I tested.

Please clear all caches (including browser cache and server cache) and deactivate ALL 3rd party plugins and try again. If it still doesn’t work on your end, please keep the 3rd party plugins and caching deactivated and we’ll check your site again.

If you can’t do that to your live site, please copy your live site to a staging server and post the staging URL in the secure note.
