Cornerstone won't load since updating theme

Hi There
I updated the theme today and since then I’ve been unable to load cornerstone. I just get the spinning wheel on all pages.
I see others are having some issues as well. I’ve checked to make sure there are no conflicts and no caching plugins installed and still no love.

Have you updated Cornerstone to the latest version as well? If so and it still doesn’t work, would you mind providing us your site’s URL along with login credentials in a Secure Note so we can investigate further?

Same issue happening after I updated as well, deleted deactivated plugins and some others not being used. Cornerstone updated, x theme updated, guessing I should have avoided updating, more headache then it is worth.

Having a world of problems since the update too guys. Elements are not working with what are now considered to be classic sections on over 20 websites!!!

Could you provide a link to the old version of Pro please - you haven’t tested this before pushing a release and if you have then you haven’t done a good job at all. I’m so disappointed with Themeco right now.

I’m sorry you’re having issues with your sites. You can download the previous version from the dashboard page. It’s a link below the main download button. We’ve done extensive testing prior to this release, and the majority of update issues we’ve seen have been related to caching systems, or other things being out of date. We’d be more than happy to take a closer look at any of your sites, and if there are issues we can confirm are part of Pro we will fix them as expediently as possible. With any product release, there are often edge cases that are not caught during testing. We have a few more fixes coming in the second point release which we’ll be pushing live in the next few hours.
