Cornerstone won't load for new pages

Hi there since the new update cornerstone will no longer load on the new pages. I can edit existing ones and it loads fine but not when trying to upload new content. The site is www.allwastematters.co.uk and I’ll supply login details privately. Your prompt assistance with this would be much appreciated. Many thanks Stewart

Hi Stewart,

I could not replicate the issue on my end. I have to access your website, created a new page, edited with Cornerstone and saved and everything ran smoothly.

Please clean your browser cache and test it again and in case the issue persists, please let us know which browser and device you are using while experiencing the issue. If you have a chance test again in the same browser in a different computer to confirm if the issue is not isolated to your browser installation.

Hi Joao, Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve cleared safari cache and have now tried on chrome but it still won’t load on new pages. I’m using a MacBook Pro but will try from a different computer Monday morning and let you know. Have a nice weekend

Hi sorry still having the same problem and I tried from a windows computer this time. Any ideas? I recorded a video of it not loading, if there is somewhere I can upload it to I’ll send it but can only see that you can do images on here?

Hi there,

Please kindly upload the video to a video sharing website and give us the link here. I also used the Macbook Chrome Browser and been able to add a test page:

But the point I discovered is that the builder is super slow. This might be something related to the PHP memory limit of your installation.

Please kindly follow the steps mentioned in the article below to increase the limit:

Hi there,

It’s known issue where you edit the non-existing page, it redirects back. Please it as a draft first and edit it in the builder again.

And could you try updating to recently released update? Though, I can’t guarantee if it’s included in the fix. And for clarification, the issue in the video is not related to content builder not loading.

As per the builder, it loads on my end too without any error.
