Cornerstone won't load anytime I update anything

I have no idea why, but Cornerstone freezes (endless spinning circle) on this particular website every single time it updates. I use the X Theme on multiple sites and never have this problem with any others. I’m so frustrated with it… I’ve tried rolling back the updates (which works, but then anytime I try to update again it fails), deactivating all other plugins, re-installing cornerstone. Please help!

Hi @bwaltzek,

We need to have access to the backend of the website to be able to see what might cause the problem. At the moment please kindly follow the steps below:

  1. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the theme options and change the theme from Child Theme to Parent Theme and see if the problem persists.

  2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services or plugins.

  3. Check this and this articles.

Thanks, Christopher! I had gone through the plugins one by one before, but it turns out two of them were causing errors. I seem to have fixed it. Appreciate your help!
