Cornerstone wont load and Buddypress pages missing after latest update

Hi,
cornerstone wont load and buddypress pages have completely disappeared. We have a child theme. Would appreciate some advice

That’s quite weird since the update has no capability to remove the pages. But I like to check it first, would you mind providing your site’s URL and admin login credentials in the secure note?

Hi I have added a secure note above.
Just wanted to say that we have temporarily downgraded back to the 6.5.5 version. The cornerstone plugin is 4.0.4 Version. Cornerstone is disabled for network and enabled only in separate sites. After all this, the Buddypress Pages started working but the Image backgrounds and layer dividers in all pages disappeared, though in Editing pages they are there. They just wont appear in the Live site.

Can you please update the X theme and Cornerstone to the latest so that we can investigate why the background images were not displaying after the updates?

Hi Rue,

Thanks for the message, we have rolled back Cornerstone to an older version compatible with the old x theme for now and will install updates when a staging site has been made. Will get back to you as soon as a staging site is now made. Thank you,
