Hi, I just had my website speed optimized by a developer but now cornerstone won’t load. I tried clearing all caches. I’m using X child theme. Please let me know what else you need from me.

Are you using Autoptimize or related plugin? Please temporarily deactivate your optimizing plugin if you need to make site changes or page editing. This is because you cannot immediately see your changes if they are active. You will just see the cached version or the old optimized version of the page. The plugin will also prevents the Cornerstone editor from loading. We highly recommend that if you are still building your site, please do not activate any caching or optimizing plugins. They are best to turn ON when you are done with your site and ready to go live.
