Hi, since upgrading to the new X and Cornerstone, Cornerstone just keeps spinning its wheel and wont load. I’ve gone through all the forums and found various fixes but to no avail. Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- Made sure everything is up to date.
- Increased php memory to 1024M in both the php.ini and wp-config.php files. I even called my hosting company to see if there was anything else I could do and nothing.
- I deactivated all the plugins to see if the problem still persisted and yes it does.
- I tried to downgrade back to X theme 7 (the stable version we’re told to download) I still have the issue.
- I’ve cleared my caches on WP and disabled those plugins
- I’ve tried using Chrome, Firefox, and Safari to no avail (cleared those caches too)
- I’ve deleted and reinstalled Cornerstone.
When I inspect the page where Cornerstone is loading (or wont load) I get an error:
- Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token
- Related to the file app.6e37efe.js:1 which, as far as I’ve understood is a caching issue but I’ve cleared ALL my caches, unless there’s one I don’t know about. I’ve deleted, reinstalled Cornerstone, downgraded the X version and still get the same error.
Please help, I have no idea what else I can do! And I really need this to work soon!
