Cornerstone won't load 9/2

It stuck in a loading loop. I’m getting these errors

Thank you for writing in, I did check a couple of pages on your site but I was not able to see the issue. Can you provide us a step on how we can see the issue?

In the meantime, please upgrade your PHP version to 7.4 (WordPress recommended)

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

Also, if the issue persists, please provide us FTP credentials in a secure note so we can take a closer look.

It wont let me edit pages. for example I click on page builder through cornerstone. Then try to edit i get stuck in a loading loop

Godaddy also doesn’t offer php 7.4 for their managed wordpress at the moment

Hello Ramona,

I checked your site it seems that the page builder is working fine. I have checked the site on Google Chrome Version 93.0.4577.63 and it works fine at my end. Can you please let us know which browser are you using. I would also suggest you clear your browser cache and then check it again.

yeah I tired doing that. opened it on google chrome, firefox and microsoft edge. So i disconnected from my internet and tried connecting with my phones hotspot and it worked. Not sure what could be the problem with my internet. ill try resetting my router too

so it might be something with my dns cache. ill be running ipconfig /flushdns on CMD. Then deleting my browser cache and restarting my router if the problems continues. Things are working fine with cornerstone. Thanks for helping me pinpoint the problem
