Cornerstone will not load after update

Last night I updated to latest version of Cornerstone and Theme X.

Cornerstone will now not load on any pages. It spins (loads) perpetually.

Versions:
Cornerstone - 3.1.3
X Theme - 6.1.3
PHP - 5.6.32

Cache is cleared.

Will you please help me figure out how to use Cornerstone again so I can edit my pages?

Thanks for asking.

I installed WP server info plugin to see the server configuration and it seems that you are running PHP version 7.0.25. While reset of the configurations looks fine to be but PHP Max Script Execute Time which as of now is 30s. Please do the following:

1. Please set PHP Max Execution Time to 300s.
2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. Especially I would suggest you to fist clear Autoptimize cache and then disable the same.

If problem is still there please give us to the permission to troubleshoot the issue? We may have to perform some tests on the website which may effect the performance, appearance, layout and functioning of website temporarily.

Hi there,

I requested Bluehost to set PHP Max to 300s. They said it is done.

I have disabled all plugins. Same result. Eternal “load”.

You have my permission to log in and troubleshoot the issue.

Autooptimize plugin is causing the issue. I deactivate it then your Cornerstone is already working.

You could deactivate the plugin while working the activate it after creating your page or posts.
