Cornerstone - widget area not showing on backend

So I am trying to work on cornerstone for the page https://calvertrejuvenations.com/register-win/

I am using elegant themes bloom form in a widget area. The problem is that I need to remove one of the bloom forms (one on the right below the 4 images) but when I work on cornerstone on the backend it doesn’t show the widget areas for me then be able to remove one. Help.

Thanks for asking.

I opened the page in Skeleton mode and it seems that the form is coming from Header 2 widget that’s under Appearance > Widgets > Header 2. So if you want to delete the form either you can edit the page in Skeleton mode and delete the element or from Appearance > Widgets > Header 2 delete the widget.

Great. Thanks. That worked. Now any ideas why that widget isn’t showing up on the regular cornerstone page layout (not in skeleton mode)?

Hi there,

I tried creating a test page in your setup and it seems that the Bloom Widget conflict with Cornerstone that is why it is not showing in the preview. Other widget items display fine when you add them in Cornerstone. Since Bloom Widget is a third party plugin, kindly get in touch with the plugin developer due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
