Cornerstone - Whitepage After Upgrade

Hi Guys,

I just updated our Cornerstone to the latest along with a bunch of other updates to Wordpress. However, we are getting the notorious blank ‘white page’ whenever trying to edit anything inside of Cornerstone.

I know this is a repeat issue and I’ve gone through and tried to “guess” what plugin might be causing the problem and disabled a bunch - but to no avail. It would be awesome if there was some sort of check that would verify compatibility and give some sort of debug options.

Any ideas how else I can troubleshoot this issue?

Thanks for reaching out about this. Could you please try the latest update we pushed today? Make sure X is 8.0.5 and Cornerstone is 5.0.0. This might correct your issue. If not, please share a link to your site and we can take a closer look. Thanks!

Alexander - I have exactly the same white screen. I also did a SHIFT-Refresh on the page. Any other ideas?

Thanks for adding that. Regretfully I won’t have time to check today at this point, but would you mind updating the site to the latest versions we just pushed out. Let me know if that makes a difference - if it doesn’t I should be able to check again more in depth tomorrow.
