Cornerstone Validation Help

I purchased Cornerstone from Envato. And, I added the license. Then, X tells me:

" This looks like a brand new license that hasn’t been added to a Themeco account yet. Login to your existing account or register a new one to continue."

When I click on the link to Login and Validate, I get an error.

Oh my. It looks like this page has been lost."

I had to register a new ThemeCo account and set up the URL, but not working.

Thanks for writing in!

Please keep in mind that Cornerstone license code, which is present in your Themeco account, can only be used to validate the standalone Cornerstone plugin. You CANNOT use it to validate the X theme. Please use the X license code instead.

If this does not work, please provide us access to your site. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site
