I have a website that is currently running v5 of cornerstone and today, the loader decided to stop working. I have deactivated all plugins and still nothing. nothing changed. I tried updating to v6 but when I did this, it deleted all of my layout designs. I need to get v5 to load so that I can export the layouts to import into v6 on updating. Any help would be great.

Thanks for changing the plugin conflict, I checked the site it seems that there is some JS console error on the backend. Please have a look at the given screenshot in the secure note. In order to help you with your concerns I would suggest you troubleshoot a few common issues with the troubleshooting guidelines.
If it doesn’t work for you, it would be best if you could copy your live website to your staging area. and send your details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details
- WordPress Login URL
- Admin-level username and password
- FTP details
