Thanks for writing in! Are you using a 3rd party plugin to display the Reviews? It may need a plugin update. Please contact the creators of the plugin instead. It could also be caused by a plugin conflict, amongst other things. Please check out this troubleshooting article here and follow the instructions for the following sections (where appropriate):
