Cornerstone unresponsive when loading

Getting the following error when trying to edit pages:

The preview was unresponsive after loading. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing.

I’ve dumped cache, already have increased memory limits, renamed htacces, checked for conflicts and updated plugins. I’m at a loss. Please advise.

Also, when I try to start a new page using cornerstone, it doesn’t work at all

Please try disabling rocket loader and then try again. If the issue persists, please share admin credentials on a secure note so we can investigate. You have done basic troubleshooting already so we need to check directly. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply. It appears that you are using CloudFlare. Please login to your account and purge your site cache. For best results, use the recommended CloudFlare settings which you can find it here: https://xthemetips.com/using-cloudflare-rocket-loader-with-x-pro-and-x5/928/

Please do not minify JS and CSS. You can find this setting in CloudFlare > Speed tab.

I don’t have CF minify active. I purged the cache as well. No dice. I also disabled minify on my WP-Rocket. No matter what changes I make, I am not getting access to two of my three cornerstone pages. But, I can access the homepage.

The issue is with CloudFlare. Please disconnect your site from CF for troubleshooting purposes. I’ve also deactivated WP Rocket. Please keep it deactivated while this issue is on going.

CF, WP Rocket, and Yoast SEO are disabled. I still can only load cornerstone on my homepage, not the other pages.

Also, my Essential Grid posts have disappeared. The whole reason to edit these pages is to add Essential Grid, so we now have two issues to fix.

This is a result of disabling CF. It seems to have my security measures in place and a site with good speed I will move away from cornerstone to the pagebuilder instead. That will be a suitable solution for these pages. Good luck finding a patch. :slight_smile:

However, can we fix the problem that has arisen with our Essential Grid?
