I bought a regular X-theme a few days ago and done the installation of the theme and child theme which I downloaded. My question is, why can’t I see Cornerstone builder as the main builder for editing pages and posts since it is included in the theme?

Thanks for writing in!
You are having this issue because you have just updated WordPress core to version 5.4. This is a known issue and you do not have to worry it about. It is just a matter of Gutenberg settings which now overrides the Pro editor settings. Our developers were already aware of this issue and a fix is underway. It will be rolling out soon. To get around this, simply unset the “Fullscreen Mode” View and use the Code Editor as the editor. Please see the image below:
And please do not forget to hit the “Update” button so that the settings will be saved.
