Cornerstone UI blank

Hello-
After the last update, the admin UI for Cornerstone is blank (see attached screenshot). I now have X 7.1.2 and Cornerstone 4.2.3. Please let me know I can restore access to the editing features.

Please update your X version to the latest version as well because it will cause an incompatibility issue if only one of them is updated:

It appears to be set to Automatic Updates but when I click “Check Now,” it is not updating.

The Wordpress update feature also does not show any Theme updates available.

Hello Dan,

There might be a plugin that is causing the issue so please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If the issue persists, please try to revoke your theme’s validation. Here are the steps in Revoking a licenses:

Revoke the license in the X Admin Page

If you are not seeing the revoke validation option on the top of the page, try scrolling to the most bottom part of the page.

Update the domain attached to the license

If the issue persists, please provide us with the admin access to your site in a Secure Note:

Thank you! I did some testing and I think it was a problem with another plugin as the Cornerstone menus have reappeared.
