Cornerstone "Uh oh. Content failed to save!" on homepage. Next steps?

Hey support team!

I can’t save changes to my homepage via cornerstone. I have regular x theme & child.

I have cleared the cache data.
I have deactivated plugins.
I have tried to research the forum… but I’m not too tech savvy to know what else to do.

Could you please advise me on what to do?

Hi there,

You have the latest version of the X theme but the version of the Cornerstone is outdated. Kindly update the Cornerstone plugin to version 2.1.7 .

After that please kindly clear any cache if you use cache plugins. If you still have problems after the update kindly follow the troubleshooting steps below:
