Cornerstone: The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete

Hi

When I try to open into Cornerstone some of my OLD “Global Block” documents (NOW under section “Components”), I receive the following error:

The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete

Please could you help me in order to understand why only SOME of my documents cause that error?

Hey Daniele,

Thanks for writing in!

If you are using Classic elements, please go to Cornerstone > Settings > Permissions > Elements and make sure to enable the “All Classic Elements” first. And if the preview is not loading, use the Layout tab to see the skeleton structure of the elements on the page where you can check for any broken HTML code that you have inserted in one of the elements. Do you have a page that displays these components? Please share it with us.

I’ve checked all your suggestions (without successful).

Just an example:
https://www.agenziagammariccione.it/cornerstone/edit/4937
(Component: “Social share”)
has 6 children elements under Row element

If I remove 1 of the 6 children, (with 5 children) Cornerstone has NO errors
If I add the 6th children Cornerstone goes into error

This Component is used into all Blog posts:

Any ideas?

In the preview, please select the post type and which specific blog post to load in the preview area.
