Hi there,

how can I change the background color from a object in Cornerstone?
And how can I change the color for the whole width next to the object?

Hey Julius,

Thanks for writing in! There are several ways to add a background color in a Cornerstone element. If you are using v2 elements, the background color option can be found in the elements settings.

You can also add a background color in the column, row or the section settings.

These background color when properly applied will have a different effect and look for your content.

Thanks, but I have the problem that I don’t know how to scale the area with the background in the whole width.
Now there is a area at the screen edge with the uncolored background.

Hi Julius

To design the page above I would suggest having different sections for each colored section.

Each section with One ROW, you need to click on the ROW and turn off the Inner Container. If you wish the content to touch the edges, but for coloring the whole background would be necessary to simple add different background color to each section.

Hi Julius,

Thanks for making it clear.

Kindly try to change the Page Template to Blank - No Container | Header, Footer

This should let you have the background color extend fullwidth.
