Cornerstone Templates Not Loading

I am having trouble with a website which has been moved from one server to another. On the old site corner stone would load on the home page. On the new server it doesn’t load the template. I used the trouble shoot guide but cant work it out.

Thanks for writing in! Can you please confirm that you have the latest version of Cornerstone? I have checked your license code and you haven’t assign any url which is why I am guessing that you are using an older version of Cornerstone. The latest available updates is Cornerstone 4.2.3.

If the update to 4.2.3 is NOT helping, provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings and investigate further. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Hello James,

Thanks providing the url. I have checked the site now and it turns out that you have updated Cornerstone to the latest while using a very old version of the X theme.

Could you please update to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

• X theme 7.2.3
• Cornerstone 4.2.3
• WordPress core 5.3.2

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
