Cornerstone & template not loading

Hi,

A few weeks back I posted about the cornerstone product not loading on my site. It was suggested to purchase a newer version of X theme. I have done this but I cant seem to see the issue resolving.

Thanks for the very details post information.

I have checked your site and I found out that you are using an older version of the X theme (4.4.2) with the latest version of Cornerstone (4.2.3). Please update your X theme to the latest versions. Our latest versions are:

• X theme 7.2.3
• Cornerstone 4.2.3
• WordPress core 5.2.3
• please also make sure that other plugins are up to date

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches since you are using WP Rocket so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors. And please clear your browser cache too. You may use private browsing mode in testing your site to make sure that you are viewing the latest codes from the updates and not the cached version in your browser.
