Cornerstone - Tab Not Displaying or Integrated with Wordpress Editor

In the past… I would see a 3 tabs [visual] [text] [cornerstone]

Now there are only two tabs [visual] [text]

In the past - if the work was done in cornerstone and I am in the wordpress editor it would say “content created in cornerstone” not anymore. I am NOT able to use various plugins that are usually available in the wordpress editor.

On a side note cornerstone is working great but does not seem to be integrated with wordpress editor like it use to be. I upgraded to “PRO” hoping that might help but still having a problem. Can someone give me some guidance?

Thanks for writing in! Most probably this issue is occurring due to a plugin conflict. To test for a plugin conflict, you can disable all of your 3rd party plugins and see the the Cornerstone tab is appearing again. If you see it appear, you can activate your plugins one by one to identify which plugin cause this issue.

Further it could be also related to one of your customizations added to the site. If you have a child theme, you can switch back to the parent theme and test this issue to identify the issue.

Also it could be possible that either your custom JavaScript or CSS causing this issue. To identify it, you can remove your customizations added temporarily and test.
