I have updated the theme, deleted and reinstalled cornerstone, I have even disabled all plugins. None of the settings in cornerstone have been changed but have been confirmed to have posts and pages enabled. I can access the pages through x>cornerstone. But the tab does not show. Nothing in console or debug mode shows as well.
I found the issue. it was a bad table from a plugin.
