since some days ago, the cornerstone dropdown menu is invisible, but clickable. when I click on launch, the pure text “Loading” appears and that´s it. Also there´s no more “Edit with Cornerstone” available when trying to edit a page from the backend. Cornerstone plugin is installed, no caching plugins installed.
Any help would be appreciated.

Please login through FTP and go to wp-content/plugins then delete the cornerstone directory that is in there.
Then log back in to the admin area and cornerstone should be installed again automatically. Then check if everything is working fine again,
If you still still seeing an issue, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
In case the issue persists, please provide the FTP details of your site.
