Hi there @yeunge,
Thanks for writing in!
I’ve taken a look at your website and nearly every asset is showing a 404 (https://monosnap.com/file/NEOuXx1bdxj6S8jeyVsecQIjqN7yiP#).
Can you try re-installing Cornerstone please (deactivate and delete Cornerstone via the wp-admin), switch to the default theme (Twenty Seveteen), then back to X and Cornerstone will automatically re-install.
Thanks!
Hi @Jack ,
I’ve done what you’ve asked as well as disabled every plugin except for Cornerstone and VaultPress and I will get the same “Loading…” screen no matter which page I tried to launch the editor.
And also, the cornerstone tab is missing from the regular wordpress editor too.
Hello There,
X 5.1.0 and Cornerstone 2.0.5 are now available in automatic updates! This release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/). Please do update to the latest version first. After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
Please let us know how it goes.

In this case, please give us FTP access in a secure note so we could check further.
Thanks.
Here you go @christianynion TIA
Hi,
Upon checking, I can see the following errors in the console.
https://www.screencast.com/t/uDKmb1VmUPqp
It is returning 404 which means the file does not exist but when I check in your ftp the file exist with correct file permission.
Can you try contacting your host regarding this issue and let us now what they have found out.
Thanks
Hello,
Spoke to dreamhost and it was a varnish issue. I had deactivated the varnish plugin during a previous troubleshoot and it created more problems since it wouldn’t empty the cache when the site was updating.
So basically, if your server supports Varnish, don’t turn off the plugin.
Hi There,
Cornerstone seems to be loading fine now.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Thank you
