Cornerstone Still Supported?

I had a friend buy a Cornerstone licence on Envato and when she puts the purchase code in on her website it doesn’t work.

Do you guy still support / update Cornerstone?

Absolutely, Cornerstone is the flagship page builder tool from Themeco. Latest version of Cornerstone is 3.5.4 and we are in the process of Beta testing next major release of Cornerstone along with X Theme and Pro Theme.

However, I have seen customer validating X Theme licence using Cornerstone licence. Please make sure that your friend has latest version of Cornerstone and us using Cornerstone licence to validate the page builder.

In case issue is still there, please ask your friend to create a ticket using his/her own account and someone from Themeco support team will take a look.

Yeah, her version is 1.2.4.

It doesn’t have an update option in her site.

She bought a license. How does she get the latest version of the Cornerstone plugin? I can’t find it in the plugin search in WordPress.

It almost looks like you can’t use Cornerstone anymore unless you use X Theme. She does not use X Theme on her site.

Hi Gregory,

That is not true, you can use Cornerstone with any theme and be able to update it as long as you validate the Cornerstone installation using a Cornerstone license.

Is there a chance that you can have your friend post a support thread about this issue with the login details of the site in question so that we can check it?
