Hi Guys I have a previous thread post entitled Cornerstone not working 12 Sept. I have upgraded the php and the memory as you advised me to do. I still can’t use Cornerstone. I understand you’re frustrated and still without a solution. Please understand it can take up to 24 hours for our team to reply, but usually it happens in just a few hours. The biggest delay on that thread was the 9 days between Friech’s response and you returning to the thread. Opening an additional ticket will only slow down the process because it risks wasting more time and adding confusion.
