Dear Support. Everything working fine on a new install apart from cornerstone not working. It is just stuck and will not load.
PHP upload and memory limit have been set to 512mb.
No caching installed.
all plugins disabled/enabled
checked cross browser / machine

I’ve logged into your site and Cornerstone loaded for me right away. Are you still having this issue? Normally I would advise clearing the browser cache or trying another browser but you mentioned already doing that. Are there certain parts of the builder that don’t work? I tried clicking around and couldn’t get it to fail on your site.

I really have no idea then. Anything on the X menu, cornerstone to Design cloud yield the same result, a continous spinning circle. As you mentioned, yes, cross browser and machine. Have you any idea how I could investigate the issue further? Thanks
Sure, I can give some more ideas here. Try opening your browser’s developer tools. Let me know if you see any errors on the console tab. You might need to refresh once after opening the tools. Also, what OS browser are you using?
