Cornerstone Staying on Load Screen

Hi Yall,

I’m having an issue with Cornerstone where it is loading indefinitely when I go to edit a page.

Here are the solutions I have tried, that have not worked:

  1. I made sure X Theme (ver. 6.4.6) and Cornerstone (ver. 3.4.6) and Wordpress (ver. 5.0.3) are up to date
  2. I tested the site without any plugins except Cornerstone active
  3. I made sure my PHP version is up to date (7.1 presently)
  4. I updated in my wp-config.php my memory limit to
    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M');
  5. I added a php.ini file with a max execution time
    max_execution_time = 300
  6. I went to X > Settings > Clear Style Cache
  7. I cleared my Chrome browsers cache
  8. Tried editing a page in Cornerstone on Incognito mode in Chrome
  9. Tried reinstalling X Theme and Cornerstone

I’m at my end with solutions. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

In that case, please provide us your wordpress admin login and ftp login in Secure Note

Thanks for sharing the details.

I checked the website and in dev tools I see that cs-vendor.js file is not there. I can also see that you have increased the memory limit. Could you please try deleting your Cornerstone plugin from Plugins > Installed Plugins and then to automatically re-install it by heading over to X > Overview section.
