Hi,

since I’ve updated my website I can no longer use Cornerstone on www.lotteconcepts.nl . I’ve cleared the Cache and browser history and it is still not working. I hope you can help me out.

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, I can’t find anything wrong just by checking the front. Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in the secure note for further checking?

For the meantime, please check for the following first:

1. Since you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.

2. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

4. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

it now does work on another browser, but it’s still not working in safari

Hi @Lottev89,

It works on my end as well, please clear your Safari’s browser cache.

If that did not work, please try deactivating all your Safari’s browser add-ons (if any) as browser add-ons can cause conflict sometimes.
