Cornerstone slowing entire site down

This a site I built with Cornerstone and WooCommerce. Since launch, it’s been reasonably peppy on the front end, but glacial on the back end, especially pulling up Products. Most incredibly, it took 24 seconds to load the WooCommerce Analytics page, and another 40 to populate it with information.

I’ve gone through and disabled plugins (including one that syncs between Woo and QuickBooks), and there’s no significant difference in performance that I can see. So my guess is that it’s the theme itself.

Could you take a look and let me know what you see? I’ll add login below. Thanks!

Thanks for writing in! I would recommend that you update to the latest version of the Pro theme first.

We have just released Pro 6.4.1 which has fixed issues and has improved loading speed. If you encounter an issue after the update, kindly check this out:

Updated to 6.4.1, and for good measure, Woo 8.3.0. Cleared all caches, logged out and back in. No change in speed. Still nearly a minute to fully load Analytics. Loading the product page, pulling up a product, and making updates to products also taking 8+ seconds, if not close to 20.

I could not replicate the issue on our local testing servers. It seems that this only happens on your site. Can you please clone the live site to a staging server and send the login details to us so that we can investigate your issue further?
