Cornerstone slowing down my site considerably

And do 1st load, so its not the cached version. It loads really slow, like above 12 secs…I disabled eveything and tested, it slows down when I enable cornerstone…in plesk, its throwing a php error:

File(/definition.php) is not within the allowed path(s): (G:/PleskVhosts/discountroofingnw.com;C:\Windows\Temp) in G:\PleskVhosts\discountroofingnw.com\httpdocs\wp-content\plugins\cornerstone\includes\classes\classic\elements\class-element-orchestrator.php on line 218

the host said too, its a conflict with cornerstone, anyway to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to recognize the issue without investigating through the admin dashboard. Before you provide the login details I would suggest you re-install the Cornerstone by following the below steps.

  1. Delete the existing Cornerstone plugin from the Plugins menu.
  2. After deletion please use the link in the dashboard to automatically install the Cornerstone.

If that does not help, I would request you to troubleshoot the following common issues to recognize the problem.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
4.Child Theme Related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache

If none of the above processes help you to resolve the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
