Cornerstone simply wont work

Hi all, over the past few months I have been having problems where cornerstone simply does not launch when trying to create a new page. WP is up to date as is X theme. It worked very briefly a few weeks back but once again is broken. Please can anyone offer support/logon to see if its anything obvious? I need to make some new pages and would like to be able to do so using Cornerstone as I love the look and feel. Thanks.

Hi There,

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

In case the issue persists, please provide us with the admin and the FTP details of your site in a Secure Note.

Hi there,

You have again provided the WordPress credentials but we require FTP credentials.

In the meantime, can you try adding the following code into your wp-config.php file which is in the root of your WordPress installation.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the following line.
/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

Hi we have never been that deep into it it was originally a godaddy hosted site that we moved to a host called CLOOK. Ill need to check FTP stuff. Sorry by business partner thoughyt our site was being hacked so reverted it back with all wordfence plugs etc…
