Cornerstone showing a image on every element

Good morning,

as of today any page that uses the plugin ‘The Grid’ displays a image on every single element after that grid in cornerstone. Very strange - it does not display on the site itself but you can imagine it is annoying. Please help.

Go onto the homepage and edit with cornerstone, scroll under The Grid and see the image repeated everywhere

Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! I have all the same settings in my local testing server. Regretfully I could not replicate the issue. Could you please re install, X theme, Cornerstone and The Grid plugin? There might be some files that is corrupted somewhere.

Please let us know how it goes.

I have checked on firefox and chrome with the same error - if I reinstall The Grid will I lose the grids that I have already set up?

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Please do not delete the “The Grid” plugin directly in the Plugins section, WP > Plugins. It might delete all the data as well. To do the safest re installation, please log in to your ftp and browse to the plugins folder. You will manually delete the the-grid folder from there. After that please go back to your WP dashboard, X > Overview and install the Grid plugin again.

I’ve tested uninstalling the Grid through WP Admin > Plugins > Deactivate > Delete then I installed again through X > Overview and my my grids are still available. But to be sure, in case of glitch, please export all your grids or backup your site so you can roll back or import your data back. You can try deleting through FTP also.

Good morning,

in the end I backed up the site and deleted the grid via the plugin area. I then reinstalled via ‘WP dashboard, X > Overview’. However the error is still present. See screenshot:

You must create at least one post. I created a test post and the issue was fixed.

Oh that has fixed it thank you!!! Why would no blog posts effect the grids?
