Cornerstone settings for External API

With apologies if I’ve missed something basic, I can’t find the Advanced section in Cornerstone > Settings. Screenshot below. I’m trying to follow this doc to turn on the external API function. I’m using the most recent version of Pro, version 6.3.9.

Also not seeing an Advanced section in the Element library and assuming this is related?

Currently, it is in the beta phase, we are working on it, and will be added in an upcoming release.
