Hi @clinic,
I just check the video you uploaded but it’s hard for us to determine what causing the issue of your scrolling. I suggest that you upload your local website into a test staging environment so that we could check the problem. Once you are able to upload your website to your staging area, please let us know.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
Okay, so you don’t know about any problems which makes cornerstone scrolling issues? I just don’t believe you have no any knowledge what this can be without looking on website in staging area.
Hi @clinic,
As my colleague says, that there might be several reasons behind your issue, but without investigating your website it is not possible to tell you the exact reason behind. I still recommend you to troubleshoot a few common issues in this regards.
1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Child Theme Related issue ** if you have activated the child theme
4.CSS/JS Customization
5.Disabling Cache
6.Disabling CDN
If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and the issue still persists, we need to investigate it thoroughly. I would suggest you upload the files to a server and please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
okay, so I got this website in public now, you can check problem, in secure note I add all info for login, thanks
just when you will go to website, click on any menu item in navigation and you will see this shake effect.
Hi @clinic,
I have created a sample test page with the similar One Page navigation and the section build using the content builder only, and it seems working fine without any flickering. What I assume that the Elementor may have its own jump link animation which is conflicting with the Pro.
I would recommend you to use the content builder instead or you can contact the Elementor author or this issue. Please find the test page URL in the secure note.
Please remember that we don’t offer any support or investigation on 3rd party plugins or related issues.
Thanks
