Cornerstone saving issue

Hi there,

It’s gonna be a little hard to get to the bottom of this, but a weird thing happened since I started developing: https://sportfloor.decorolux.com/

Thing is, at first I was just being less attentive as usual, and that I was making the mistakes. But this week, I went up to the client to make another round of changes, and basically did, and then saved the changes together.

Thing is, I’m here last day, and the client sent me an email telling me that some of our changes from Yesterday are gone.
Weird thing is, some are gone, so I have to do them again, but for some, after I enter cornerstone to edit them, it shows the updated content. I save again, and it’s all fine from there. What can cause this?

Thanks!

Hi There,

So, you saved in Cornerstone, changed were kept in Cornerstone but did not reflect on your live site?

If yes, that sounds like cache issue, flush your website and browser cache,

If you saved in Cornerstone but the changes did not save, it could be due to a html syntax mistake.

Hope it helps

Hi, I am having an issue saving in Cornerstone.

I recently made changes in Cornerstone, but when I click “save” the thin green loading bar at the top of the page never finishes loading, and my changes are never saved.

Can someone please help? Thanks!

Hi There,

Thank you for writing in, I did check your site and then removed the credentials you provided because that is visible to the original poster. Please create you own thread.

For now please re-set your Google map element and re-generate a new Google Map API key as it seems your current key is wrong and its causing a JS error on the Cornerstone.

Cheers!

After removing my google map, it still won’t allow me to save.

Hi There,

Please contact your hosting and confirm the following:

PHP is 5.6 or greater
MySQL is 5.6 or greater
The mod_rewrite Apache module
PHP Max Execution time set to 300

Thanks,

Everything above has been confirmed with the hosting.

They are stating that it is a theme issue.

Hi there,

What’s left to do now is directly check it, would you mind providing your admin and FTP login credentials in a secure note?

It could be an internal error issue or security related issue.

Thanks!

I have created a new thread where the secure note has been created with my login credentials.

I’m having the same issue, I created a thread but haven’t received a reply in 16 hours. This is a very important site for me, and I need to make updates today.

Hi guys,

Let’s discuss your issues in your threads, you can’t really provide your credentials in someone’s thread. Plus, our response time depends on how many tickets ahead of yours and how complex they are, but we’ll surely reply.

Thanks!
