Cornerstone return 404 on subdomains in a multisite

Hello,
i have a multisite on the domain npmpq.it and 2 subdomain on npmpq.it/italia and npmpq.it/kazakhstan. in. the subdomain i have activated PRO with the child theme but when i try to open cornerstone it returns 404 (page not found).
“The page you are looking for is no longer here, or never existed in the first place (bummer). You can try searching for what you are looking for using the form below. If that still doesn’t provide the results you are looking for, you can always start over from the home page.”

how can i resolve this problem?

Hello @MP_Quadro,

Thanks for writing in! In each of the sub domain’s WP install, you may need to update the permalink URL in Settings > Permalinks. Select the appropriate structure and save your changes. If this is not helping, we would love to check your site. You may provide us with your WP details. You can create a secure note in your next reply with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WP login URL
– WP username
– WP password
– WP Administrator Role
– Confirmation that we can access and make changes to your site

Best Regards.

@ruenel I update the permalinks but nothing changes. So i share with you the access to the site in the secure note.
Looking forward your update.

The problem is WPML Multilingual CMS that if activated blocked Cornerstone. How can i fix this problem?

Hey @MP_Quadro,

I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my end.
Kindly check the screenshot in the secure note below.

Thanks.

The problem is not on npmpq.it but on npmpq.it/italia when i try to open cornerstone like the screenshot.

Hey @MP_Quadro,

Cornerstone works in your Italia site. Please try clearing your browser cache.
