How can i move the bottom and upper parts of my editor? for ease, please

Unfortunately, there is no option to move those sections. Can you please explain to us what exactly you are trying here, so we may help on this?

As you can see from the first image showing breakouts, I usually move it from the bottom to the top but since my last update, I couldn`t.
Hey Sam,
In the latest version of the theme, to ability to move the breakouts from bottom to top or anything was already disabled due to some issues. That feature is only available on the previous version of the theme.
