If none of the above help, please copy your live site to a staging server so we can troubleshoot freely without breaking your live site.
And give us access to the secure note, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

I have logged in and investigated your issue. There seems to be a JS error on the site:

I would recommend that you update all your 3rd party plugins. If after the updates, the issue persists, you can test for a plugin conflict by deactivating the plugins one at a time. I would highly recommend that you clone the site to a staging area so that we can troubleshoot the issue thoroughly without disrupting the live site.
