Hello. We purchased the cornerstone pro license for a site which only needs the plugin license. Can this pro license not be used for JUST the plugin? Does it only work when the theme is installed? Did we purchase the wrong license?
We tried entering the pro license in the plugin and it just spins, never activates.

Yes, you’ve purchased the wrong product. It seems that you are using a different theme or custom theme and want to use the Cornerstone builder to create your content. With that said, the product that fits your needs is Standalone Cornerstone.

I see, I assumed that was included when purchasing the theme. How can we request a refund/cancellation of the theme so we can re-purchase the standalone? Within the plugin in WP it made it seem like we needed to purchase from your website (and linked to your website) so we followed that… it seems like we were led to the wrong product.
